Note to self: Do not listen to Oliver Boyd and the Remembrall's "End of an Era" while leafing through the just-arrived proofs of your book. Oy vey.

Oh, I can imagine. That song almost makes me cry and I haven't written book about it.
Okay, I think you've convinced me not to seek that one out. :)
Yeah, probably a wise move!
That song really does bring a tear to your eye!!
Your proof! That is so exciting. Congrats, Melissa. Can't wait to read it.
OK, I've never heard that song. So, foolishly, I googled them and found their MySpace. GAH! I cry at Coca-Cola commercials, why did I think I would not cry at something that made you cry?
LOL, I just added that to the list of things I will NOT do while reading your book. :-)
I know what you mean. That is so the most depressing song. I used to listen to it before Deathly Hallows came out.
I'm listening to this at 12:01am tomorrow. You know why.
My sister started playing that song when I turned the last page of Deathly Hallows. (She had read it before me, so she knew what happened). I swear, that is the closest I have come to tears in awhile. When I closed the book, knowing that the series was over, I felt completely wrong. Like I should have kept the book open longer and that would have made more for me to read. Oh well. Fandom's still goin' strong XD
What a great song, so emotional. I can't imagine how Jo felt a year ago today. I'm a noobie as far as Wizard Wrock is concerned but this is one of the best songs I've heard so far.
Did you ever think when this journey started that you would invest so much time, energy and emotion into this fandom? I know I never did.
Excitedly awaiting your book,
Jordan
I really wonder if Jo has heard that song... It's one of my absolute favourites in wizard rock. No woords... It's just, right..! You know?
I like that it is only the second to last song on the Back for the Fight CD, followed by Last Call.
It fits perfectly. "A new eara is fast approching, but this time we are the story tellers."
Can't wait for your book ;-)
Hah-ha. I never know whether or not to wrock out or start crying when I hear that song.
Speaking of your book, Melissa, I haven't been able to post comments on harryahistory.com. It requires registration but I can't figure out how to register.
*Tears* Its a great song, but sssaaaddd. Lord knows i will probably try to sync it with the end of your new book though ;)
I ordered your book in March. Just like my friend Jo said lastnight, you had better end up on Letterman :D
I love that song so much. When we were with Christian on tokbox, Emily was playing it on her guitar and I was ready to cry.
His songs are amazing, OBatR Sylvie
You have a book cover. That is awesome. I tried to be a fan of you in iRead on Facebook, but it doesn't seem to work. I was the one who added your book initially to iRead. So, I wish you luck.
that's FANTASTIC melissa! i'm so proud. haha. but seriously, i am.
that would be me with the dropping things too, don't worry, heh.
i shall definitely be looking this reading up on YouTube. fantastic. can't wait for the book. it'll hold me off 'til the 6th film, i presume.
